Tengtongt thermoforming vacuum packing machine is ingeniously designed to form packaging by heating and stretching the bottom film. The process includes vacuuming or inflating the package, and then heat sealing the top and bottom films to create a secure packaging bag, which is subsequently cross-cut for precision.
The operation is remarkably user-friendly, significantly minimizing the need for manpower. Various machine types can be selected according to the package size, with standard frame sizes available in 290 mm, 390 mm, and 490 mm.
The machine boasts the capability to automate the entire packing process from raw materials to finished products, thanks to a series of humanized design features and a matching conveyor line, achieving seamless industrial automation.
